The Alberta Pituitary Patient Society is hosting its annual Education Evening on Oct 25th, 2019, with information and presentations of interest to all pituitary patients, caregivers, medical professionals, and other interested attendees. This year's event will be an evening session with supper provided. We have arranged for the following sessions:

  • Dr. Keith Aronyk, Neurosurgeon, Gamma knife radiotherapy for management of pituitary adenomas
  • Dr. Keli Furman, Psychologist, Psychosocial aspects of pituitary diseases
  • Dr. Toru Tateno, Endocrinologist, Quality of life in patients with pituitary diseases

Official opening begins at 5 PM

The Lister Centre is located at 87 Avenue and 116 Street. There is dedicated parking (Lot M) in front of the conference centre. Lister Centre is also just a 5-minute walk from the Health Sciences/Jubilee LRT Station. More information will be provided closer to the date of the event.
